Shipping

CoralsDownunder (CDU) has over 30 years of experience with fish and coral packing and we take every measure to ensure your purchase is handled with care.

Our stock is professionally handled to minimize stress and damage. All livestock including coral is packed with medical grade oxygen to ensure optimum health during shipping periods. CDU pack in airline approved Styrofoam boxes and may also use durable plastic sleeves for sharp items, bubble wrap for delicate items and will also include heating or cooling packs accordingly. This is all included in your packing charge.

We use Australian Air Express and Toll Air Express to freight our livestock to all major airports across Australia. If you require shipping to a regional airport please contact us first before placing an order. Unfortunately we cannot offer express post or platinum express post as we are not located in the next day delivery network.  We do not deliver door to door at the moment but we are looking into it!

International customers

CDU does not ship internationally unless you are a wholesaler with an import permit. If you are interested in purchasing products from us, please send us an inquiry.

Fees

  • Our minimum order amount is $100 AUD.
  • we ship to all major airports within Australia and you will find the fees listed below.
  • There is a packing and boxing fee of $6 for every order.
  • All prices include GST

We ship using Fastways for Queensland and northern NSW  ($20 + Handling charges $6) this requires some one to be home or pls let us know if no one will be home and we can mark the box as hold at depot!!! and Virgin (toll air express) for all other capital  cites

DOA policy

  • A 24 hour limited** live guarantee applies!
  • If an item arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival), a digital photograph must be emailed to us within 3 hours of arrival and a full refund will be given subject to our discretion. If an item arrives DOA/damaged please have a freight agent witness the DOA/damage and sign the consignment note. Please forward a copy to CDU along with pictures. If no one is present to receive the item, the guarantee will be void!
  • Damages or delays during transit are out of CDU's control, but you may still covered by the freight company. A claim will be required to be lodged through the selected air freight provider.
  • Pictures are required immediately to minimize delay.
  • If you would like the package to be delivered to a residential address, you must arrange your own transfer from the destination airport. CDU will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during any additional transportation or package transfers.
